Brynmawr House

Brynmawr is a new build replacement dwelling in the rural countryside of Cornwall. The brief was to design a large family home, with annexe accommodation for the family, within the sensitive rural landscape.

The result is a beautiful, modern stone farmhouse in a courtyard configuration with a few contemporary features. Features include natural local stone, burnt and natural English oak cladding, ground source heating, solar hot water, a contemporary sunken rear lounge and far reaching views over the clients estate.
