Daymer Bay

StudioARC were delighted to have been chosen to work with the owners of this very prominent site in the centre of Daymer Bay.

The brief was to prepare designs for a replacement dwelling for the Clients’ large (and expanding)
family, and to allow further provision for both applicants to work from home.

The brief also included for a separate annex for visiting family and friends and the replacement of an existing pool house.

The natural light and views from the site were key to the clients brief and a big part of the design principles, therefore defining the layout and relationship of the accommodation.

It was important that we provide a design that connects to its special setting and wonderful panoramic views.
