Marina View

Marina View is a new build affordable housing scheme for Sanctuary Housing.

The development is sited on an old petrol garage opposite Falmouth yacht club.  The site held difficulties with contamination, scale and boundary constraints.

The design was based upon a hybrid of commercial and residential characters to result in a contemporary, minimal affordable housing scheme.  Residents have views over the yacht club and Falmouth estuary. Features include air source heating, great views and a fantastic use of a brown field site.
