Port Isaac

The brief was to provide two individual luxury residential dwellings on site, which was previously occupied by a single storey dwelling in Port Isaac. The proposed appearance of the new properties maintains a low level street presence and accommodation is tiered on three levels to make the most of the level changes on site. The properties have large elements of glazing in their north-easterly elevations which creates views towards the sea.
