St Eval Masterplan

Working alongside Situ8 Planning Consultants and the local Neighbourhood Development team, studio ARC prepared a detailed design for 100 houses in the village of St Eval.

The brief was based upon providing support for the local neighbourhood development plan which confirmed a need for the village to grow, to support the existing community and services.
