Trevaunance

Trevaunance is a new build dwelling within the garden curtilage of an existing property. StudioARC were brought in to redesign a previously approved application to be more suited for the client and their growing family.

The brief was to design a large contemporary modern home within a sensitive historical location whilst encompassing renewables where possible.

Surrounded by some of St Agnes’s most well know mine workings, this property had to be designed sensitively using local materials to help blend in with the surroundings.
