Wadebridge

This project looks to convert this Grade II listed former farmhouse from its current use as a hotel, back to residential use.

The building dates back to the 17^th century, with the main house being constructed as a minor gentleman’s residence in the 18^th or 19^th century in a late Regency style. Later alterations have taken place in the late 19^th and 20^th centuries.

The proposals seek to retain the external facades, appearance and historic windows, and predominantly involve internal alterations to convert it into 4 separate houses. The design has been developed to respond directly to the building’s historic significance and to retain as much historic fabric as possible.
