Woodcutter's Cottage

Jess Clark and Sarah Stanley at Unique Home Stays designed the proposal and Peter Wonnacott drew the plans for initial planning.

The client’s brief included for some amendments to an existing application for a small, unique holiday cottage. Studio Arc prepared detailed design for the build with the internal fit out by the client herself. Features include corrugated roofing, natural timber and stone finishes, exposed concrete floors and fittings and an outside natural pool.
