With a lot of history to this area comes very strict development control  guidelines on materials, size and height just to name a few.

We were tasked with the demolition of an existing dilapidated chalet and provide a replacement property, designed to be a high quality and sustainable dwelling which retains the aesthetics and character of the existing traditional chalet.

The interior spaces have been designed to make the most of the orientation of the site and its sea views and create a positive relationship with the surrounding landscape.
